How are your products made?
We have a small but fun garden workshop where all of the lanyards, wristlets and other products are designed, printed, sewed and packaged. You can see what goes on behind the scenes and how much care and attention is given to every product made over on our Instagram.
Do you make custom orders?
A selection of bestsellers now feature the option to add a name/title to the lanyard. If you are looking for a completely bespoke design for your company or event please get in touch by email: email@example.com
There's a problem with an item in my order. What can I do?
In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a problem or quickly develops a fault. We are always happy to carry out a repair or offer a replacement for any item which is less than perfect. Please reach out by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the problem. We'll do our best to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Theres an item missing from my order. What should I do?
If you receive your order and an item is missing, please reach out by email to email@example.com, We'll get this put right for you straight away.
My Item still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
We're here to help if you have concerns about your order. f you are in the UK and your order has still not arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery date, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
For international customers, please allow 21days before contacting us about a missing order.
